Teaching Artists Development Studio Applications Available

November 20, 2012

The Teaching Artists Development (TAD) Studio offers professional development for teaching artists who want to work in Chicago Public Schools during and after school. One cohort of TAD Studio Fellows will be selected this year to participate in a 40+ hours of hands-on training and networking. The TAD Studio program will take place from February through May of next year.

The studio will focus on curriculum design, reflective practice, peer review, and collaboration. Faculty will be drawn from leaders in Chicago's arts education community. Participants will receive stipends upon completion. Applicants should have no more than five years experience as a teaching artist.

Applications are available online and are due December 15. For more information, please contact TAD Studio by email or visit its website.
