Annual Report 2011 Now Available
October 1, 2012
Columbia College Chicago is proud to announce the launch of its Annual Report 2011, an online experience called Creative Works. This year's report celebrates Columbia's commitment to students and the way the college's supportive environment enables young creatives to thrive in their fields. The report is available online.
The report includes the stories of award-winning students Wonjung Bae (MFA Candidate, Film + Video), Blair Mishleau (BA '12, Journalism and Interactive Arts + Media), and Caren Oliver (BA '12, Fashion Design), featured in a short film created and produced entirely by Film + Video students, alumni, and staff. As in previous reports, the annual report includes enrollment and
stewardship facts and recognition of donors for the fiscal year; this
information is also available on the site as a downloadable PDF.

This project is the result of collaboration between Communications, Web Development, Creative Services, and the Film + Video Department. Charles Celander, operations manager in Film + Video, served as the producer and director of the video. He enlisted a dozen Columbia students and alumni to assist in the video's production, direction, camera work, lighting, audio, design, editing, and music. Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer Jehan Abon (BFA '04) designed the website, and Senior Web Developer Marc Stevens created the website. Assistant Vice President for Creative Services Mary Forde served as creative director, and Director of Communications Kristi Turnbaugh served as executive producer and project manager.
