Revised Technology Outage August 17-18
Due to on-campus technology needs, the technology outage on Saturday, August 18, has been revised.
From 10:00 p.m. Friday, August 17, until about 8:00 a.m. Saturday, August 18, the electrical grid of the 600 S Michigan computer and phone rooms, which powers the college's main computer and phone systems, will be upgraded.
Due to this electrical outage, all college wide infrastructure including applications, phones, and servers for all departments will be off-line. Blogs, the phone book, course descriptions and degree requirements, Nelnet payment forms, and many other web forms will be inaccessible via the www.colum.edu site.
Student email and portions of the Columbia College website not listed above will be available.
An email to the community will be sent out when systems are back on-line.
