New College-Wide Online Teaching Availability Form

A new online Teaching Availability Form will be launched for part-time faculty to submit their availability beginning Feb. 10. This online form will be used college-wide and provide schedulers the information necessary for accurate and timely teaching assignments. It is easy to fill out and accessible anywhere there is an Internet connection.
Accessed by a link on the 'Faculty’ tab in OASIS, the form replaces any other method previously used to communicate teaching availability and will be the only way faculty may request course assignments.
For the roll out, Instructional Records will provide opportunities for faculty to meet with staff who will answer questions about content. Faculty may also contact department schedulers for information. For technical issues such as viewing or filling out the form, contact Client Services at ext. 7001.
The Fall 2014 availability form will be accessible from Feb. 10–24. Part-time faculty will have until Feb. 24 to submit a completed request; no requests may be submitted after that date. This form must be used in order to be considered for teaching assignments for Fall 2014.
