Below are 4 opportunities to support and recognize your students.

The Mayor’s Award for Civic Engagement is awarded annually each April to a graduating senior who in his/her time at Columbia College Chicago has embodied Columbia’s mission to conduct education in close relationship to its vital urban setting while serving an important civic purpose through active engagement in the life and culture of the City of Chicago. Complete guidelines and nomination form are available here The nomination deadline is March 1, 2013.

The Bob Enrietto Scholarship was established to help defray additional living expenses associated with the Semester in L.A. program. Scholarship award is based on academic achievement and is awarded to one recipient each semester. The maximum amount of the award is $1500 for the semester spent in L.A. Guidelines and application form are available on the Student Financial Services website March 8, 2013 is the deadline for applications for the Fall 2013 Semester in LA.

The Baskin Award are funds of up to $500 available to full-time faculty members in graduate departments to offset the costs associated with registration fees, travel and accommodations when traveling to professional and academic development events.
