Make Sure to Check Out Field Trip Forms

We’re nearly at the half-way point of the semester, and maybe you’re thinking it’s time to get out of the normal routine in your classroom, or perhaps you’ve already planned a trip to a local museum. The Art Institute? The Cultural Center?

Any off-campus event that is planned, organized, involves faculty participation, and takes place during scheduled class meeting times is considered a field trip. If you are planning an exciting activity for your class, that will take place off campus, it is required that you fill out a Field Trip Form, so that students and faculty may be located in the event of an emergency.

The Field Trip form can be accessed by logging into IRIS with your campus email and password.
