Musical Theatre Faculty Works as Vocal Coach and Musical Director

Fundamentals of Musical Theatre Singing teacher Roberta Duchak spent last spring and summer in England working as a vocal coach for the feature film version of Les Miserables due out December 2012. She was Russell Crowe's personal vocal coach for several months prior to filming as well as during the shoot, and became Hugh Jackman's personal vocal coach while on set. Duchak’s future projects this season include serving as musical director for Xanadu, Singin’ in the Rain and Sunset Boulevard at Drury Lane Oakbrook.
