Con artistry appears to be the way to the American dream in this wacky locally made comedy that features Chicago types galore, from on-the-take politicos and hustling immigrants to ambitious couch potatoes and ex-cons. When his Internet romance dissolves hours after his arrival in Chicago from Paris, Alex (Girard) drowns his sorrows at the nearest bar. One pot and booze-fueled night later, he awakens to find himself in the female escort service-cum-pizza delivery business with a couple of shady lowlifes.
