Dunoon Named a Fellow by the WGAE
F&V senior screenwriting student Heather Dunoon has been named the 2013 Michael Collyer Fellow by the Writer’s Guild of America, East Foundation.

Memorial Fellowship is awarded to a student who plans to pursue a career
in screenwriting upon completion of his or her undergraduate course of
study. The recipient, chosen by the WGAE Foundation selection committee
from a number of participating colleges and universities, receives a
$10,000 stipend to write an original screenplay and is mentored during
the course of the fellowship by a prominent screenwriter.
The fellowship, presented each year at the Writers Guild of America,
East Awards ceremony in New York, was created in 2008 with a grant from
the Charles and Lucille King Family Foundation.
Dunoon will receive her award on Sunday, February 17, 2013.
