Marcelo Caplan Named a Community School Leadership Award Winner

Marcelo Caplan (Science and Mathematics) attended the 8th Annual Illinois Community Schools Forum, "Creating a Community Vision for Our Children's Success," on October 19, where he was named a Community School Leadership Award Winner by the Federation for Community Schools. Caplan was among four winners and received the award for “his work using community schools to connect students and families to expanded STEM learning opportunities, and engaging the community in supporting learning and development.”
