Michael K. Paxton Visits Marshall University, WV

During Micheal's time in West Virginia, he created a huge wall drawing installation titled “Riven” at the department's downtown space, Gallery 842, which opened September 21 and is on exhibit until October 26.

Additionally, Michael will have a large work on canvas in the group exhibition “New Country: Ruralism in Contemporary Art” to be on exhibit at the Claypool-Young Art Gallery of Morehead State University, Morehead, KY. He was chosen by the curator Jennifer Reis and the exhibition will be on view October 24 through November 26.
