F&V faculty member Ted Hardin's documentary, Veins in the Gulf about wetland loss in Louisiana is screening at the 25th Anniversary of the Dallas VideoFest. F&V faculty member Vaun Monroe's Chicago Blues will be featured in the Gary International Black Film Festival on October 6. F&V MFA Candidate Angel Williams' Directing III film The Christmas Tree is an official selection in the 2012 BronzeLens Film Festival which will take place November 8-11, 2012. F&V Alum (MFA '11) J. Paul Preseault's thesis film Birth of a White Boy won the Audience Choice Award and Best Short Film at the Bolderlife Festival. F&V adjunct faculty member Danièle Wilmouth's short film Fanfare for Marching Band will screen Sunday, October 14 as part of the Music Videorama program at the 8th Tucson Film & Music Festival and will be the closing night film on Saturday October 20 making its Canadian Premiere at the 15th Antimatter Festival.
