START THE SPRING 2013 SEMESTER | A FEW IMPORTANT DATES AND STUDENT RESOURCES

As the spring semester gets underway please be sure you aware of a few important dates, as well as several resources available to you:

• Complete the steps of your chosen Payer Identity Plan by visiting www.colum.edu/payeridentity.  If you are using financial aid or a third party resource and you have a remaining balance, the Spring 2013 semester balance is due on February 1^st, 2013.  If you will be paying in four equal installments (February 1^st, March 1^st, April 1^st, & May 1^st) you will need to complete the In-School Payment Agreement form found in the Student Financial Services tab in OASIS.  Your first installment payment is due February 1^st.  Visit www.colum.edu/waystomakeapayment for more details.
• You may utilize the Columbia College Chicago Book Charge Program until February 8^th.  For more details on this program visit www.colum.edu/bookcharge.
• If you are not living on campus, but would still like to purchase a meal plan, you may do so through the cafés here on campus.  Visitwww.colum.edu/cafemealplan for details.
• Remember to complete your 2013-2014 FAFSA.  The priority deadline to complete your 2013-2014 FAFSA is February 1^st.  Visitwww.colum.edu/fundingsources for more information.
