Move-In

This is can be one of the most exciting days for the new student! You get to finally set up your new bedspread and your sweet collage of friends from home. Keep it fun by preparing for the move.

 Before Move In: 

- Be sure to review the great packet of info that Residence Life has prepared, you can download the Move In Information here.

 -Start by packing neatly and organizing bins and boxes by like items.

 -Don’t wait until the last minute, or you’ll be sure to forget your favorite straightener or your lucky gym shoes.

 -Make sure you know your assigned date and time. Don’t know? Contact Residence Life.

 -Have directions to the Residence Hall. Don’t know? Google maps is a great tool, make sure to plan for traffic and construction.

 -Deciding what to bring and what should stay home? Refer to the Move In Information.

  For the day of:

 -Tip number one. Patience. Yes there may be some waiting for the elevators, but the RAs and are ready and trained to help you have the smoothest move in possible!
