As a result of efforts by the City of Chicago to provide and preserve affordable housing in private developments for low- to moderate-income homebuyers, 235 W. Van Buren includes 44 residences that are part of this innovative program. These residences are only available to qualified applicants who will make 235 W. Van Buren their primary residence.
